For repairs: please send us a photo or video of what's broken or what going on if it's something on the screen. If you have multiple unit, use cameras and reelers to narrow down where an issue is. 
When sending in a repair, please fill out the repair form or send us a note.

For upgrade: Please send us a photo of the whole unit (camera, controller, reeler), we'll look it over and send you an estimate or 2 of what can be done.

The Series 200 was one of our most popular units, if you have one of these units we can still do repairs and upgrades. But, Please keep in mind that there will be some things, that we can't fix or upgrade because of their age.

Example: 95% of these unit have SD recorders in them, we are unable to fix/upgrade the SD recorders as we no longer use that style.
Depending on style of buttons and the overall condition of the controller, we may suggest replacing the faceplate.

This is a more expensive repair/upgrade but we only suggest it when amount of work needed is going to exceed the cost of replacing or if the finished work isn't going to look good. We work very hard to make sure your equipment make you look good out in the field.​

Series 210

Chim-Scan® Series 210 with a Lighthouse™ Camera (1.5 gen).

The Series 210 is similar to the Series 200 in case size and features, except it has a 10" monitor. These units can be repaired and upgraded to use any of the newer camera and the new SD.

Series 250

These units are very rare but are repairable.
We do suggest that changing this unit into a Series 100.
