How to Order a Chim-Scan® / Order Forms
We accept online orders but only from verifiable businesses and people.
Our lead time can range from five days to three weeks, depending on the time of year.
During the 'Busy Season' for Sweeps, our lead time will jump to three weeks; our production crew is also the repair and upgrade crew, which is why our lead time jumps.
All units exist in a sub-assembly form until we receive an order, so each unit is a custom job from standard parts.
This allows us to custom work without having to start from scratch.

Also, show specials are only good for one month after the show.
Once we receive the below form, we will review it, email if we have any questions or answers, send over an estimate for your review and signature. Once we receive the signed estimate and the payment plan is set up, the order goes on to our build board. We have a first-come, first-serve policy for ALL new units and repairs.
All-new Units are shipped via UPS ground, but if you desire your unit to be shipped faster, we can do that, but you'll be responsible for the difference.
FYI, Second Day and Next Day shipping if you live in a state with a coastline, even if you don't live near the coast, the cost will be over $100.00. We have NO control over this! We mention this now because Customer Service said we had to.
