The Chim-Scan® Series 211 System includes:  Chim-Scan® Controller, Case, and the Mini-Enviro™ Chimney Inspection Camera with orange and white stabilizers.

The Mini-Enviro™ provides high resolution images and videos all in a small, lightweight package (1.45"X1.8" long). It includes 9 bright LED lights and stabilizers (orange and white) which are adjustable, interchangeable and replaceable. This camera can spin when you turn the rods to view 360 degrees.

​The Chim-Scan® Series 211 Controller features:

• ​ ​10” high-resolution LCD screen
• Controls to operate a variety of cameras.
• 120V wall plug operation and Drill Battery Adaptor
  • Can be adapted to use one of the following drill batteries:  18V Rigid, Bosch and Ryobi Batteries or 20V DeWalt, Milwaukee, Makita, and 24V Kobalt.

  • The SD record uses an IR remote,
    • It allows ​you to be 2 to 3 feet away from the recorder and still record pictures or video. Ensure you have a clear line of sight, or the remote will not work. 
  • You can use any SD reader with the SD card, so if you work with a tablet in the field all you need to get is a SD reader that plugs into your tablet or phone.
    • iPads will recognize the jpeg photos but not the ASF video files. ​
      • ​ASF video files are recognized by Apple computers with VLC, PC computer, and Google Drive.  
• The Controller can also be sent back for repair or upgrade by undoing the grips on either side of the case.
• • The unit is housed in an approximately 15" x 13" x 6" protective lined case. 
  • The Reeler with 50 feet of cable provides power and signal to the camera while pulling the cable from the reeler​, which is mounted on the back of the case.
    • 50’ cable attached to a reeler outside the case.
    •  ​​The Reeler has four bolts that attach the reeler to the bottom outside of the case. It can be easily removed from the case and sent back for repair or upgrade without sending the entire case, thus reducing freight charges.
  • ​Extra Stabilizers for the camera can be left in the case.
  • Never leave anything on the reeler when closing the case as it can damage the controller.
