This is the Mini-Whisker/Whisker Combo stabilizer.
We've taken the mini-whisker and turned it into the hub holder for the whisker. This makes for dual stabilization; when these two are together, the whisker is the primary stabilizer, while the mini-whisker acts as a deflector of any debris that may fall as you scan the chimney. Now should a whisker stick break, the mini-whisker sticks will keep the camera from hitting the wall.
