Series 211 Overview

The Series 211 is a compact, durable system with both the Controller and Reeler housed in a custom-built, rugged road case.

Controller (Located in the Lid)

• 10" High-Resolution LCD Screen
• Camera Controls: Compatible with a variety of camera types.
• Power Options:
  • Standard 120V wall plug
  • Drill battery adaptor (compatible with the following brands):
    • 18V: Rigid, Bosch, Ryobi
    • 20V: DeWalt, Milwaukee, Makita
    • 24V: Kobalt
  • Please specify your battery brand when ordering, as adaptors are brand-specific.
• Built-in SD Card Recorder (standard feature)
  • Records JPEG images or video clips (up to 1 hour each)
  • Includes IR remote for hands-free operation (2–3 ft range, line of sight required)
  • Note: Cannot capture photos while recording video
  • Time/date stamp embedded on all media
  • Comes with a 4GB SD card
  • Compatible with most SD readers for tablets and phones
  • iPads: Can view JPEGs, but not ASF video files
  • ASF video is viewable on Apple computers (with VLC), PCs, and Google Drive
• Serviceability: The controller can be removed for repair or upgrade by loosening the grips on either side of the case.

Case & Reeler

• Case Dimensions: Approx. 15" x 13" x 6", lined for protection
• Reeler:
  • Provides power and signal to the camera
  • Includes a 50' cable wound inside the case
  • Mounted with four bolts to the bottom of the case—easily removable for repair or upgrade without shipping the entire unit
  • Extra camera stabilizers can be stored inside the case

⚠️ Important: Do not leave anything on the Reeler when closing the case, as it may damage the monitor or switches. Also, remove the drill battery from the unit when not in use.

Shipping Information

Order Reviewed: The Estoban team reviews all orders before processing.

Small Parts: Accessories will be shipped the same day or 1day after the order is placed. These are shipped via USPS, and the Tracking number will be emailed to you. If any item is on backorder, we will notify you via email or phone call. Most packages will arrive within 2-4 business days. If you live in the Upper Northeast or any State past the Rockies, it could take 3 to 7 days.

Unit Orders: Each unit is custom-built using standard components. Please allow 1 to 1.5 weeks for assembly and testing.

Every unit and camera undergoes an 8-hour quality assurance test before shipping.

Most units arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location, once shipped.

We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or additional fees charged by their country.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship via UPS, and a tracking number will be included on your invoice once the shipment is sent.

If you live in an area with high package theft, we recommend:

• Requesting signature confirmation (please let us know at checkout).
• Shipping to a UPS Store or pickup location (provide the address in advance).

Before You Use the Equipment

• Open the package as soon as it arrives and test the equipment before taking it to a job. This ensures you're familiar with it and gives you time to ask us any questions you may have.
• If the weather is above 90°F (32°C) or below 32°F (0°C), open the case and allow the unit to reach room temperature before use.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon arrival:

• Take clear photos of the packaging and contents.
• Test the equipment immediately to confirm it is functioning correctly.
• Please get in touch with us with the images and a detailed description of any issues you encounter.
