Shipping Policy
We take great care in packaging our products for safe delivery. All camera and unit packages are insured during transit. However, once a shipment leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping, nor for packages that are stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to provide secure delivery locations and consider using signature confirmation or package lockers for high-value items.
If you receive a damaged item:

Once we assess the photos, we will determine:

In some cases, minor repairs may be possible without returning the full unit. After reviewing your submitted photos, we’ll let you know if the issue can be resolved with a replacement part and instructions, or if a full replacement is necessary.
If a replacement is issued, a call tag will be provided for the return of the damaged equipment. Replacements are shipped via standard ground service only.
If you request expedited shipping (e.g., 2-day, overnight), you—the customer—are responsible for all additional shipping costs. These charges must be paid before the replacement is shipped. Expedited shipping rates are based on current carrier pricing and may include a handling fee.
Estoban Corporation does not inflate or misrepresent overnight shipping costs.
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout or in communications are estimates only. Estoban Corporation is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Estoban Corporation is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the package is picked up by the shipping carrier. Estoban Corporation does not guarantee the performance of any third-party shipping carrier and is not responsible for missed delivery windows or service failures.
Estoban Corporation is not liable for any loss of revenue, missed appointments, or business disruption resulting from shipping delays, damaged equipment, or delivery issues. We stand behind our products—but we do not cover indirect costs, and we do not reimburse for lost time or income.
Estoban Corporation is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor strikes, or government actions.
Our liability for any claim related to shipping or product damage is strictly limited to the cost of the item purchased. We do not accept liability for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
In the event of a dispute related to shipping or delivery, Estoban Corporation will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue directly with the customer. If resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to pursue mediation before initiating legal action.
Return Policy
1. Warranty
All goods are sold with the manufacturer’s warranty only.
2. Return Window & Documentation
Returns must be made within seven (7) days of receipt and must include the original sales invoice issued by Estoban Corporation. Estoban reserves the right to pro-rate a refund in lieu of repair or replacement at its discretion.
3. Condition of Returned Merchandise
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the correct serial and model numbers, instruction manual, and all accessories.
4. Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
5. Special Orders

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required for all special order items.

No returns or refunds are accepted on special order merchandise.
6. Shipping & Handling

Estoban Corporation charges a $75 minimum fee for handling and shipping.

Returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or collect shipments.
7. Account Terms
Outstanding account balances are subject to a 1.5% monthly service fee.
8. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

If payment was made via a QuickBooks payment link or the blue button in your invoice, we may not have access to your card information. In such cases, refunds will be processed through the QuickBooks Payments Merchant Center and may require confirmation of the original card used.

Refunds are only available within 90 days of the original transaction.

ACH payments may be refunded via check or other method if not eligible for refund through QuickBooks.

Estoban Product Warranty
Estoban stands behind the quality and durability of our products. When used under normal operating conditions, Estoban products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty Coverage Begins
Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase from Estoban or an authorized Estoban distributor or representative. Products purchased through resale or outside authorized channels are not covered. Claims made after the warranty period cannot be honored.
Warranty Periods by Product
SD Recorders and LCD Screens: 90-day limited warranty (shipping not included)
Fixed Focus, Auto Focus, and Remote Focus Cameras (including interior LED lights): 1-year parts and labor (shipping not included)
Control Boxes: 1-year parts and labor (shipping not included)
Exterior LED Lights: 90-day parts and labor (shipping not included)
Warranty Conditions
Warranty coverage requires the use of stabilizers—either the “whiskers” provided by Estoban or a suitable homemade version. If no stabilizers are used, the warranty will be void.
Estoban has extensive experience identifying normal wear and tear versus misuse or abuse. Products showing signs of misuse, unauthorized modification, lack of maintenance, or damage from external events (such as fire, flooding, lightning, or explosion) are not covered.
Any warranty extensions not authorized by Estoban are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Warranty Evaluation Process
Estoban does not require customers to file a formal warranty claim. If a product is returned for repair and it’s the first time it’s been sent back, we’ll check the original ship date to determine if it’s still within the warranty period.
If the item is less than one year old, our team will inspect it for signs of normal wear versus misuse. If a part has failed prematurely under normal use, we’ll cover the repair under warranty. However, if we find evidence of misuse or abuse—such as a camera top that has become rounded from impact—the warranty will not apply. We understand that accidents happen, and we approach warranty evaluations with fairness and experience. That said, we won’t overlook clear signs of neglect or improper use.
Repair or Replacement Policy
Estoban will repair a unit or camera as long as it remains feasible to do so. If a product can no longer be repaired effectively, or if the cost of repair outweighs the value of replacement, Estoban may offer a replacement with an identical part when available. If an identical part is no longer available due to age or supplier changes, we may offer an upgrade or trade-in value. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
Estoban also reserves the right to refuse repair of items that are beyond reasonable recovery. While we strive to restore equipment whenever possible, we will not attempt repairs that would merely mask deeper issues or compromise long-term performance.
Limitations of Liability
This express warranty replaces all other warranties or representations, whether written, verbal, or implied. Estoban’s maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. At our discretion, Estoban may offer a replacement or upgrade in lieu of repair.
Estoban is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
Lost time or productivity
Inconvenience
Lost profits
Labor charges
Damage to persons, animals, property, or business operations
THIS WARRANTY IS PROVIDED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
