Screen Shooter - How To :
Hey everyone — morning, afternoon, or evening, wherever you’re watching from! This tutorial walks through how to install and use the Screen Shooter device, whether you already own one or you’re thinking about getting it. I’m using the Series 2, Series 200 model (no longer in production) for this demo — it’s set at a 15° angle with a test camera, so don’t mind a little distortion. Quick tip: avoid glare when taking photos of the screen for best clarity.
New units come with pre-installed brackets, but if you’re working with an older one, just remove the four bolts and plate, add the brackets, and secure them with brass nuts. Once the shooter’s mounted, you can tilt it to cut glare or show results to clients easily. When ordering, make sure to send your phone size — that way, it fits perfectly.
You’ll secure your phone using adjustable holders (T-wrench included), focus by tapping the screen, and zoom if needed. Remember to keep your camera steady for sharp photos and note that audio records automatically during video. If you need help, just reach out anytime — happy to assist!
