COMBO CAMERA - Stick Variation.
Turn into J3D
We take the older camera, break in down into it's fundamental parts, get rid of the y-block, throw in some new parts, reassemble, and Poof - You've got a New Camera. Bonuses of the J3D - Whisker holders for both the Orange and the White whiskers are built into the top and bottom. (Orange and wheels shown in picture.) - It has removable wheels for those nasty offsets and thimbles. - There is a spring on the end of the camera to help it navigate through dampers, offsets and thimbles. The spring is also removable, but we don't suggest that. Side Note: New J3D cameras come automictically with the tilt feature unless specified. But updated/upgraded J3D's won't have tilt feature unless we have the unit the camera goes with. The reason for this is the tilt feature won't work without the tilt switch. If you have an older unit with a tilt switch, it may be wired for the old AFT camera which won't work for the newer cameras. IF you have a questions about this, please ask. The Options listed here are cheaper than buying a new camera or new unit. We strive to recycle and reuse everything we can from camera being upgraded. Anything that cannot be reused or will not last, is disassembled and recycled. When upgrading a unit or camera, our goal is to get you to a place where you have the best, we can offer without the cost of brand new. We will tell you if your equipment is worth updating or if it is better to go with new

Adding the Tilt Feature

The Tilt Feature can be added to all Lighthouse cameras. The tilt adds 6 to 10inches to the view of the Lighthouse camera, depending on the size of the chimney being scanned.

If the Camera chip dies, we can't replace with an Auto focus camera chip, but we can replace with the current chip that is fixed focus. Upgrade??

Cheesehead Bracket - Older version
The middle section
The metal bracket can be cleaned and the corners rounded down if you find it 'too big' for prefabs.
The pigtail and 10-pin connector can be replaced/fixed. Whiskers/ stablizers
The original Cheesehead bracket - Those hubs can be replaced and so can the whiskers.
