We offer two types of caddies for the 2.5’ rods. Both work well for bottom scanning.
 

The rods are made in 2.5’ or 5’ lengths. They are made of PVC and not polypropylene, therefore they do not have the memory and will stay straight. The white rods are nylon and they too will not create a memory and stay bent. Rods and cases priced separately or sold as kits. The silver road case rod box will hold 30’ the 2.5 ft rods plus room for the blowfish also.

Kwik-Lock™ Rods

We developed the Kwik-lock rods to give full control of the camera.  The modified air fitting simple snaps into place. They will only come apart, if the notched side is over the pin.  Now you can rotate the camera left or right, without fear of the camera unscrewing from the rods.  They are an extension of your arm.  All Chim-Scan and Enviro-flex cameras have the adaptors to use these K.L. rods.  They are great for sweeping also!

The short rods came about to facilitate traveling, but when I started using them in Japan and Ireland, I found out how easy they were to use.

The most unique part of this silver case caddy is that  it’s so easy to use.

When scanning or cleaning from the hearth, I place the box of rods in front and simply reach down and grab a rod.  When finished, the rods are back in the box, close the lid and your ready to go.

White Flex Rods

Sure just what you need, another set of rods.  But these rods are flexible to get around most any access point, yet strong enough to push the camera up to 30ft.  If you must go further, simple add your gray Kwik-lock rods!!
